The coloring through the green. I can see lilian's point because that coloring is creepy.
It makes me think of a space ship falling into a time vortex.

I see a single drop of blood on a floor. Seeing as to the backround being as green as it is, it could be on a very old, possibly mid-60's era lanolium floor.
